-
Proven 3D printing system for fast and economical production of small individual molds and cores
-
Highly detailed plastic models (PMMA) and precise sand cores with a high surface quality up to 500 mm in length
-
Easy to use
-
Resolution of up to 600 dpi possible
-
Suitable for investment casting foundries and development departments
The VX500 is a proven 3D printer for industrial applications. The machine is very fast, easy to operate and makes it possible to economically produce investment casting models made of plastic and small sand cores for prototypes. Plastic and sand can be used as the particulate materials. In plastic processes, the unprinted particulate material is recyclable. The build space measures 500 x 400 x 300 mm. The VX500's print head system can achieve a resolution of up to 600 dpi. The thickness of a layer applied in one cycle is 150 µm for plastic and 300 µm for sand.
High-tech engineered in Germany:
Like all of voxeljet's 3D printing systems, the VX500 is ideal for producing complex components and prototypes fully automatically and without tools. Thanks to the continuous printing process and high build speed, these printers are the right choice for fast and flexible production under industrial conditions. Their rugged design makes them durable and suitable for continuous operation. The machines are developed in Germany and manufactured with a high degree of vertical integration.
